“Organic” on Facebook isn’t just fruits and vegetables grown without using pesticides. While – hey – eating organic food is probably better for you than fruits and vegetables coated with toxic junk, “organic” on Facebook has a meaning in social media marketing: it’s “free” stuff. The stuff you don’t pay for.

Facebook expert witness

It’s as opposed to ads / advertising. Either can get a brand in trouble and either can require an expert witness in Facebook “organic” (which I am) – just not the vegetables and fruits kind. (Of course we all know that “Facebook” is technically called “META,” due to the corporate rebrand (of which I am not a big fan)).

On Facebook, oops I mean “META,” organic reach means “the number of people who have seen your post through unpaid distribution. Organic Reach works similarly to ranking on search engines, but Facebook bases what you see on aspects like popularity, post frequency, the likelihood you’ll like a post, and more”. (https://emplifi.io/resources/blog/facebook-organic-reach-tips).

There is also Post Reach which is the number of people who saw your post on your page or in the news feed. This can be organic, or it can be paid advertising. Total Reach is the number of people who had any content from your page or about your page enter their screen.

Facebook Marketing Doesn’t Cost Anything

All of which is great, in that organic reach doesn’t cost you anything. So, if you understand how to use it, you can get advertising for free. For instance, if you post in the news feed, Facebook will show what it thinks are the most useful or exciting things for its’ users. All fine and dandy.

Until somebody else doesn’t like what you said or what you wrote and decides to sue you. And it is at this point that you are going to need an expert witness in Facebook organic, which, luckily for you, I am.

As with all social media these days, there are always going to be lots of posts that someone objects to. It can happen even if you did not set out to be offensive. And so, you can finish up in court even if you had no intention of upsetting someone. So, you will need an expert witness in Facebook organic who can explain all of this to a judge and jury.

Why?

Well, it is because it can all become so complex that even a learned judge can have difficulty understanding it unless it can be explained in words that the man in the street can understand. After all, if a judge and jury cannot understand it, how can they possibly come to the right decision?

So, if you are involved in any sort of litigation regarding Facebook and need an expert witness in Facebook organic, then I can help you.
